Refunds are applicable only for orders that are cancelled before dispatch or delivery.
Once approved, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transportation or logistics charges, both from our store to the customer and from the customer back to the store (if applicable).
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
